Glad to be back at peralta

To all at The Center for Art and Public Life,

I have had a great experience so far continuing my work at Peralta Elementary. It was great to hear kids say, "Whitney, you're back," as much as it was fun to hear them ask, "what are you doing here?" 

Last Friday the staff and I took a trip to the de Young, where we will begin do field trips for all grades.  This should be an interesting experience, for I will be able to design some lessons to reflect the artwork that the kids will view on their visit.
